Dr. John Savon, DMD
Dr. John Savon is a graduate of Shawnee High School in Medford, NJ. He attended St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia as a biology major and was frequently on the Dean’s List. He then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark.
Dr. Savon graduated at the top of his dental class and received numerous academic awards. After dental school, he completed a general practice residency at Virtua Hospital in Camden, NJ. It was at this residency that he met Dr. William Judd.
Dr. Savon began working with Dr. Judd in 1993. They later formed a partnership, which is now Train Station Dental. Dr. Savon is on staff at Virtua Hospital and has received “Teacher of the Year” honors while volunteering his time at the dental residency program. He is also certified by Invisalign Orthodontics to perform invisible braces.
Dr. Savon is married with two beautiful children. He currently resides in Thornton, PA.
Dr. Sara Engleman
We are proud to announce Dr. Sara Engleman as the newest addition to Train Station Dental. Dr. Engleman graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.S. in Psychology and Spanish. She earned her dental degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry where she graduated at the top of her class and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Engleman continued her dental education by completing a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. While at Einstein Medical Center, Dr. Engleman was awarded "Resident of the Year." To remain up-to-date on the latest advances in dentistry and provide the best services for her patients, Dr. Engleman expands her knowledge at Continuing Education classes throughout the year. Outside of the office, she enjoys painting, cooking, and exploring the city of Philadelphia.
Maureen
Office Manager
Maureen is a native of Stratford, NJ and attended Camden County College. She has been with Train Station Dental since 1996 and enjoys the people she works with and helping patients enjoy excellent oral health.
Janice
Dental Assistant
Janice attended school in Camden County and has been with our practice since 1997. She enjoys working with and getting to know our patients.
Janice grew up in Chicago and spends her free time visiting yard and estate sales.
Deborah
Registered Dental Hygienist
Deborah has been with Train Station Dental since 1997 and has enjoyed getting to know her patients and families through the years.
Deborah grew up in Sewell, NJ and attended Camden County College and Gloucester County College. She received a Departmental Academic Excellence award for graduating first in her class and the Cheryl Westphal Scholarship for academic achievement. Deborah is also a member of Sigma Phi Dental Hygiene Honor Society.
In her free time, Deborah enjoys reading, traveling to National parks, and visiting with her children and grandchildren.
Lauren
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lauren has attended numerous schools, including Montgomery County Community College, Cape Fear Community College, Harcum College, and the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelors degree in dental hygiene and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Lauren has been with Train Station Dental since 2004. She makes her patients her priority and treats them the way they like to be treated. Since Lauren understands how vital dental and overall health are, she finds it easy to promote dentistry to her patients.
As a native of East Norriton, PA, Lauren enjoys golfing, which is a family hobby. Fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are very important to Lauren. She takes joy in watching her kids play sports, going out on dinner dates with her husband, hanging out with her puppy, and traveling.
Melissa
Registered Dental Hygienist
Melissa graduated from Washington Township High School and attended Rowan University, where she received a bachelors degree in communications and Community College of Philadelphia, where she studied dental hygiene.
Melissa is a native of Washington Township. She loves meeting new people and her one-on-one interactions with her patients. She also enjoys educating patients on oral health while providing thorough, gentle cleanings.
When she’s not working at our practice, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, son, family, and friends.
Stacey
Registered Dental Hygienist
We are proud to announce that Stacey has joined our hygiene staff full time. Stacey graduated from Audubon HS and went on to study dental hygiene at the Community College of Philadelphia.
Kaitlin
Front Desk Receptionist
Kaitlin has been working at Train Station Dental since 2012. Kaitlin graduated from Rutgers University in Camden where she received a bachelors degree in mathematics. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying numerous outdoor activities. Some of her favorite activities include kayaking and camping.
Brittney
Front Desk Receptionist
Brittney grew up in Maple Shade, NJ and Yardley, PA. She attended Burlington County Institute of Technology and Bucks County Technical High School for Advertising Art and Design. Brittney is also a certified diesel mechanic. When not working, Brittney enjoys spending time with her cat, going on adventurous drives to explore new places, and spending time with her friends. Brittney has been with Train Station Dental since 2022.
